Job Description

As a Web Designer on the Specialized Fulfillment Team, you are passionate about creating impactful websites that drive results for all types of business owners. Our team of designers are also responsible for logo design and advertising campaign landing pages.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design customer websites from start to finish, including conceptualization.
  • Produce campaign landing pages for Facebook, Instagram and Direct Email advertising campaigns
  • Craft customer logos for their branding purposes
  • Perform quality assurance checks throughout development process
  • Responsible for launching customer websites
  • Work directly with customers and internal teams throughout product fulfillment process.
  • Serve as mentor and expert in all design related products to co-workers within company.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to ensure consistency of design best practices, process workflow and share ideas of any cutting edge trends and technology.

Position Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Experience in WordPress and/or Responsive Design
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
  • A passion for understanding and implementing digital marketing best practices
  • Desire to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast pace environment where meeting deadlines is crucial to our customers’ success
  • Strong knowledge of process and proven ability to manage projects with a lot of moving pieces; be highly organized, analytical and an effective communicator.
  • Experience launching websites and troubleshooting as needed is highly appreciated
  • A critical thinker who displays initiative on a consistent basis.
  • Proven ability to help drive team results.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience within Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum one year of graphic design experience preferred
  • Website design experience preferred
  • College degree or similar work experience required
