Propel Marketing is seeking a Training Specialist that is part of the team responsible for the planning, organization and launch of our internal and client-facing training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Work with internal and external resources, including third-parties to create detailed training materials for products and processes within the organization.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization.
- Design and develop training programs for both internal resources and clients.
- Keep all training materials up to date and organized by subject matter
- Manage and host regular webinars and in-person training sessions
- Evaluate training programs, identify gaps, needs and adapt/redesign as necessary
- Communicate feedback internally
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically proficient; experience with hosting online meetings through services such as WebEx, GoToMeeting and web-based solutions
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically PowerPoint
- Be able to multi-task and self-motivate
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
