Provide a white-glove experience to our highest level of customers. This team member will serve as the customer point of contact situated in the middle of a holistic team that includes members from each product team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage active assigned accounts with a “strategic” spend level for the term of the contract
• With a decreased account load, the SAM will be expected to touch one client multiple times/week
• Act as primary point of contact for clients as the subject matter expert for all Propel products as well as complete understanding of all internal processes and procedures
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Manage multiple accounts and tasks at once
• For new customers, the SAM will be present on the welcome call to establish their relationship and properly set expectations. SAMs may also be present during the pre-sale and POS process.
• Contribute strategies and tactics to larger team
• Communicate with customer to develop relevant performance standards
• Monitor activity on a weekly basis to assure positive results meeting customer expectations
• Identify key opportunities and assist in driving up-sells
• Promote the value of Propel’s products and services
• Hold weekly check-in calls with the customer
• Proactively assess customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Lead solution development efforts for flagged underperformance that best address the customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary product teams.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client services to drive retention and growth
• Potential team member is expected to have a medium-high amount of knowledge in Google Analytics
• Manage ending campaigns to ensure retention
• Create a monthly summary that highlights the customer’s individual performance standard
• Provide quarterly reports to highlight full scope of results. This includes but is not limited to Analytics Reporting and product specific reporting (SEM detail, live chat summaries, summary of results for custom direct email campaigns), FB ads results
Requirements:
– Experience in client-facing roles and/or responsibilities
– 1-3 years of experience at Propel Marketing
– BS Degree preferred
