Summary
The Product Marketing Manager supports the positioning, and promotion products across our organization and through our distribution channels. . The role involves managing projects across multiple departments, specifically but not limited to the marketing, operations, sales and training teams. The goals include assisting in all efforts to help tell our products’ stories and take them to market successfully positioned for growth, providing value and an outstanding customer experience. This role will participate in brainstorm and feedback sessions to launch new and modify existing products and packages. Also work on product copy, sales materials and training documents.
Key Responsibilities
Help identify new opportunities for how to position our products in the market through competitive analysis, customer feedback and sales advisory boards and outreach
Educate internal and external stakeholders about our products and their benefits
Coordinate across departments to gather information and complete tasks related to product releases, updates and rollouts
Assist in writing marketing briefs and providing direction to the marketing team on how to present our products and packages
Maintain project trackers and calendars for product initiatives
Aid in developing various forms of communications and announcements to different channels and stakeholders

Requirements
B.A./B.S. or equivalent
Have at least 3 years experience within a product marketing role
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing products and the competitive landscape
Strong marketing skills including copywriting, branding, design, packaging and pricing
Experience with collecting and analyzing customer feedback via in-person and online surveys, focus groups, advisory boards
Comfortable working across multiple departments and teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps
Must be able to work independently and at the same time feel comfortable collaborating across functions and departments
Ability to self-manage,self-motivate and work in a growing, fast-paced environment
