Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Propel product teams (SEM/SEO/Social etc) and market sales reps
  • Assist with managing pre-sale expectations to ensure they are in line with delivery standards. This may include accompanying sales reps on client calls
  • Responsible for gathering materials and information from clients and sales reps such that orders can be fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform client intake – this can be performed either by telephone or on-site at client premises
  • Perform in market Operations Training for sales reps
  • Educate sales reps on how Propel products are fulfilled
  • Enforce Operational/order entry processes such that they are in line with Propel SOPs
  • Set up Propel dashboards (RPMs), and monitor activity on dashboards. This includes reporting results back to sales reps/sales management as appropriate, as well as liaising with appropriate product teams at Propel on specific campaign performance
  • Train sales reps on how to interpret RPM results
  • Be the on-site Propel representative and primary point of contact as it relates to the local market/Propel relationship
  • Other duties as needed

The successful candidate will be required to spend a minimum of 1 week per quarter on-site at Propel’s headquarters in Quincy MA. An intense 2-3 week on site training (at Quincy MA) is required at the beginning of employment such that the successful candidate can learn Propel’s fulfillment work flow as well as getting in depth knowledge on Propel’s product offerings:

  • Must spend at least 1 week at Propel once a quarter
  • Must initially spend 2 weeks at Propel for Operational training
  • Make sure dashboards are setup correctly and data pulling down correctly. Work with sales reps in market to confirm information. Provide RPM walkthroughs to sales reps as needed
