The Customer Success Manager will act as a mentor and daily go-to for all team members. They will be the first point of escalation for all product teams and sales reps as well as internal customer success questions/escalations.

Specific responsibilities include:

•Ongoing training and developing of team members
•Market calls
•Case checks with all team members bi-weekly
•Exceptions reports on campaigns and other reporting as requested
•Fulfill products on an as-needed basis to ensure team needs are met as well as ability to assist is always present
•First point of escalation for all team members
•First point of escalation for all sales/product managers
•Bi-weekly re/trainings during team meeting on product/process- coordinated with other Customer Success Managers
•Involved in hiring of new team members
•Manage and oversee the mentoring of all new hires during training and after
•Set up Sr. level members on all intakes needed for team members including
Foundations Packages
SEM
New hire intakes until signed off

Qualifications:

•GA certified
•2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing
•Proven success in a leadership role
•BA/BS required
•Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Customer Portal and all other platforms used within fulfillment
•Exceptional product/process knowledge
•Ability to multitask
