Our team is seeking a highly organized individual to support our sales team in all facets of customer communication and campaign support. The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for internal and external communication surrounding client advertising products and campaigns. They will work closely with fulfillment specialists, the sales and product teams, helping to best serve our internal operations and our clients related to all client support requests.
In this role, you will:
- Support the sales team with all incoming client product and advertising requests
- Route incoming support requests from clients to the appropriate department
- Communicate effectively with the client through all open support requests
- Collaborate and maintain internal relationships with sales team and external relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience in digital advertising operations or a similar role
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Be highly organized
- Have excellent communication skills
- Technically proficient in Windows or Mac OS
- Be able to effectively multi-task and self-manage in a growing, fast-paced environment
- College degree preferred
